Return Process

- Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

- Clearly include the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
- Shipping Costs:

- For warranty claims beyond the 30-day period, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Refunds and Replacements
